The beautifully designed interior of the TSA Riley office space was carried out by our extremely experienced Light Commercial team.

The team managed the programme flawlessly in conjunction with the client. The design is complex and sophisticated, featuring many angles and curves in both the floor plan and cabinetry, along with functional design elements (for example, the bi-fold hidden door/wall).

All challenges related to the build were anticipated and thoughtfully resolved prior to starting on the project allowing for seamless project management. Our positive and long standing relationships with our specialist suppliers and subcontractors also ensured a quality delivery.

The scope of work included programme planning which ensured that all subcontractors were prepared and ready for the tight time frame of the project. The nature of the light commercial fit out called for meticulous planning and coordination; given the long leads times reliable selection of materials, procurement, sourcing and delivery was essential.

Communication was key. All site personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers were on board with the performance requirements in relation to time and quality in preparation for the projects commencement. This enabled them to arrive on site on the scheduled date, knowing the exact project requirements. Our subcontracts are both comfortable and familiar with working together on a tight schedule and although the project was not without it’s challenges, we delivered an exceptional interior within the timeframe required.

The client is extremely happy with the result, the space is contemporary, light and functional. The execution of the complex design is of a high quality standard, and all fixtures and fitting installed by the subcontractors were also delivered to very high level.
