a bit About the role...

Are you an experienced Site Foreman looking for your next challenge? We’re on the hunt for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We have projects across the Hutt Valley, Wellington and Kapiti region so willingness to travel is necessary.

Your Responsibilities...

• Oversee project delivery to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Manage site operations, coordinating subcontractors and labour effectively.

• Monitor costs and work closely with the QS to identify efficiencies.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Conduct site meetings, manage defect resolution, and support project completion.

WHAT YOU'LL Need...

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman in the construction industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• A solid understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
