a bit About the role...

As our Bid Writer, you’ll transform complex information into clear, compelling proposals. You’ll work closely with internal experts to produce top-quality bids that showcase our company’s expertise and value. If you love crafting narratives and seeing your work translate into real business wins, this is the job for you.

Your Responsibilities...

• Review tender documents

• Write, edit, and refine bid submissions aligned with our bid-winning strategy

• Collaborate with teams such as H&S, Environmental, and Project Management

• Create visually appealing layouts using InDesign

• Ensure proposals are client-focused and align with strategic goals

• Participate in post-bid reviews and propose improvements

WHAT YOU'LL Need...

• Ability to craft engaging stories and create client-focused documentation

• Strong writing, editing, and research skills

• Proficiency in InDesign, Word, and Excel

• A creative mindset and a keen eye for design

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
