Rick has extensive knowledge in mechanical and hydraulic services. Rick started his career with training in mechanical service engineering and installation. He has worked on some of Wellington's largest buildings. This has provided him with a wealth of knowledge in regards to managing construction processes that involve multi-trade disciplines.Rick has provided invaluable support at the St James Theatre, a project that is large in scale with many services complexities. He has provided support from tender reviews, ensuring specified scope is covered to the coordination of installing new services as the building work progresses.
