Maddie is a skilled Process Development Advisor with several years of experience in the construction industry in both New Zealand and Australia. With a combination of strengths including strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, Maddie is eager to learn and assist with project and company needs. One of her favourite projects was the Maidstone Sports Hub, where she gained invaluable on-site experience and learned directly from the team on site.

Maddie holds a Bachelor of Building Science from Victoria University of Wellington, including majors in Project Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys pursuing her interests in Scuba Diving and Netball for her local clubs.
