Her proficiency extends to various software tools, including Microsoft Suite, CostX, Bluebeam, and Procore, allowing her to excel in project management and cost control.

A standout project in Karen's career is the Rydges Hotel project, a complex endeavour involving seismic bracing and interior fit out with a substantial budget of approximately $20 million. In her role, Karen played a pivotal part in tender evaluation, financial reporting, and contract management, contributing to the project's success.
