Starting as a Carpentry Apprentice in 1988, Grant learnt the skills of the trade and earnt the title of Apprentice of the Year. Over time he progressed into various roles including Site Manager, Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager, and currently holds the positions of Director and Chief Executive Officer.
