Adam is a Quantity Surveyor with broad experience across the sector. His experience includes work on large-scale projects, heritage buildings, earthquake strengthening, and base building. He has worked as a main contractor QS, a PQS, and an Estimator.

Career highlights to date include science labs for Callaghan Innovation, retirement village builds involving multi-level units and a project featuring the first curtain wall in New Zealand. When working as a cadet, his first project was a successful 32-unit development for Kāinga Ora, which provided him with a strong foundation.

Adam is both approachable and positive in nature. Before retraining as a Quantity Surveyor, he had a career as a primary school teacher. In his spare time, Adam enjoys songwriting and is a musician.
