After years of building and refurbishing office spaces for our customers, we finally had the opportunity to showcase our expertise and brand by designing our own workspace. We poured as much attention and care into this project as we do for our customers.
The building, which was originally constructed by Maycroft in the 1960s, was purchased by Maycroft in 2021. Our preconstruction team got to work to assist with the design, planning, risk management, and cost control as the project progressed through to the construction phase. The building underwent extensive strengthening and refurbishment work to create modern collaboration, connection, and focus spaces.
The new Maycroft office space features a welcoming area downstairs for meetings and connecting with others, while upstairs is the core workspace with a balance of focus and collaboration areas. Located conveniently near public transportation hubs, our new office also includes locker rooms, changing areas, and shower facilities for those who opt for sustainable transportation options. And of course, a cafe-grade coffee machine ensures that barista-style coffee is always within reach.
