Rob initially joined us as a Project Administrator with a strong will to progress into Project Management. With his enthusiastic and safety-first attitude, Rob is now a Project Manager Cadet and is responsible for organising and resourcing construction sites. The teachings from our Project Administration programme provided Rob with a broad knowledge of what is involved in different parts of our business and industry. Each key phase of pre-construction and construction is taught within the programme, including both on-site management techniques as well as interpersonal communication techniques.

Rob graduated from Victoria University with a degree in Building Science and a double major in Project Management and Sustainable Engineering, which reflects both his practical nature and a passion for a sustainable future.
