Motivated and astute, Matthew is a Quantity Surveying Cadetwith a strong interest in construction and cost management.
Through the Maycroft cadetship programme Matthew is gainingvaluable hands-on experience in the field. He assists with preparing costestimates, analysing construction drawings and specifications and managingproject costs. Matthew is also learning about other key aspects of Maycroftsuch as Programming and Health & Safety, ensuring he becomes a well-roundedconstruction professional. Matthew’s commitment to continuous learning isevident through his recent completion of a NZ Diploma of Construction (QuantitySurveying) and is currently study towards a Bachelor of Construction (QuantitySurveying).
Outside of work, Matthew enjoy outdoor activities and is often golfing or camping with friends.
